Our general refund/cancellation policy is “All Sales Final”. Occasionally, we do approve returns for store credit only, but these are handled on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An email requesting an exchange or a return must be sent to email@example.com within 7 days of the original order date.

Once your pre-approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If item is indeed in resalable condition, we will apply a store credit to your account. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved you will receive instructions on where to send defective items. We must be notified within 7 days of purchase.
